Itzia Barraza-Cordova

Itzia Barraza-Cordova is the Communications Assistant at the National Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Association. She manages all NMSHSA social media accounts by creating and uploading content that reflects the mission of NMSHSA.

Previously, Itzia held a role at an insurance agency, where she made insurance accessible to the Spanish speaking community in Wichita, Kansas. Prior to that, she worked as a teacher’s assistant at Wichita State University’s Department of Physician Assistant. Itzia is enrolled at Wichita State University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She is fluent in Spanish.
