Kings Community Action Organization
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is the federally-designated anti-poverty agency for Kings County. KCAO is a private, non-profit organization that was established in 1965 pursuant to the Economic Opportunities Act of 1964.
The agency reaches out to low-income people to address their multiple needs and administer a full range of coordinated programs designed to have a measurable impact on poverty.
Oregon Child Development Coalition
OCDC has many programs, and they work together to help young children and their families grow, learn, and succeed. Many of our services support migrant and seasonal farm workers and their young children.
Other programs are open to families living at or below the federal poverty level. Our child care and early education programs serve infants through five year olds, and our parent programs are open to all parents that have children enrolled in our programs.
Otero College Child Development Services
Otero College Child Development Services provides comprehensive services, including full-day early childhood education, for children and their families through home based and center based services located throughout southern Colorado.
It is the mission of Otero College Child Development Services to provide high quality, comprehensive early childhood education programs for children from birth to compulsory school age; to provide parent education programs that strengthen the family, develop basic literacy, encourage job training and personal development; and to develop community partnerships and coordination of community-based services.
Redlands Christian Migrant Association
At RCMA, we make the dreams of children in migrant farm working and low-income families our focus. That means making sure anything that impacts their learning is taken care of. From early childhood education to health care assistance to supplying WiFi hotspots and tablets for homework, we take a holistic approach that cares for the entire child - including a helping hand for their parents.
RCMA opens doors to opportunities through quality child care and education from crib to high school and beyond.
Riverside County Office of Education
The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) provides specific educational, financial, legislative, and leadership services and support to all K-12 school districts in Riverside County. As an organization, it is comprised of the elected Riverside County Superintendent of Schools and the array of individuals employed by the County Superintendent to help fulfill their statutory duties and responsibilities. A seven member elected County Board of Education is affiliated with the RCOE.
