2025 NMSHSA Public Policy Forum

The Public Policy Forum (PPF) is our annual event to inform and educate our Migrant and Seasonal Head Start members on the latest policy issues impacting our community and to inspire them to make their voices heard. We truly believe our best advocates are our MSHS parents, staff, and directors. The PPF invites them to the nation’s capital where they will learn from policy experts in a range of issues, including early childhood education policy, budgetary policy, farmworker advocacy, and K-12 and higher education policy. With this basis of knowledge, our MSHS members will be ready to make their voices heard and advocate on behalf of the MSHS communities across the country in the halls of Congress.
